This is not a recipe, nor are we going to talk about how to sear the perfect steak.

We want to talk about the very few and pure ingredients that will elevate your steak to a Michelin Star dish.
First take the Salt Mill, adjust the desired coarseness and salt your steak generously. Let the salt sit on the steak as long as you can.

Right before you sear it, tap it dry with a paper towel. A dry steak will result in an even sear.
Once the steak is cooked to perfection, it’s time to serve.
Now we come to the stars of the show. (Besides the steak of course).
The Peridot - Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made out of a single variety olive oil, the Grignano.
This very special Olive Oil has a very balanced and slightly bitter flavor with rich spiciness.
Drizzle the oil over your steak and sprinkle some finishing salt flakes on top.

The salt flakes will slowly melt and combine with the Olive Oil and charred flavors of the steak.
