VINIFICATION

The inclusion of up to 15% of Pinot Nero grapes gives this wine elegance and enriches the aromatic bouquet with notes of red fruits (wild strawberries and currants).
A longer second fermentation (at least 60 days) increases its complexity and makes it savory and fruity even for demanding palates.

DESCRIPTION

The color is a pale cherry red. Very elegant nose with hints of apple, pear as well as ripe red fruits.. It is clear and crisp on the palate, light with fresh acidity and well balanced with persistent bubbles
